why did u move the heal amp effect from the holy locket to sange? Heal and regen

Consider healing heroes, such as dazzle, oracle, warlock, etc. are almost all int pos 5 or 3. Holy locket's build up is so great for them, upgraded from a magic wand. They have to heal people more. Sange feels so bad, not mentioning that they are very likely to not having enough slots for a sange(wards, dusts, boots, magic wand, forcestuff, drums or an upgraded bearing). Since this is a pre-existed formula I think you can change it in the patch back before TI, 3-2-2 banning format alike). 3-2-1 next year! Some audience, ex-pros with top6 TI ending in multiple events enjoy watching laning stage, especially the midlane most, like the OB streaming squad, including Zhou, YYF, longdd, etc. and occasionally former and current pro invited, while others, mostly Western audience like late game teamfights better. Let's give both of them a wonderful watching(the Gallo farmer invented the word watcher) experience. Also there must be carry players crying for the wanted hero, sometimes even the alternative always get banned in the last phase. Under most circumstances you can NOT find a third good pick.

**And enigma. You can do it for clinkz's 3rd spell, why not enigma? set up a level restriction, 4/5/6/6. after lvl 3 you can deny a ranged creep. lvl 1 only meele. Change this before TI, or Sabrelight will go to Seattle and gank you!
